Pinnacle Leadership Academy was founded in 1987 with the sole purpose of helping dentists become better business owners. Just as a treatment plan is to a dentist, a business plan is to a businessman. Typically, dentists are not well prepared for the business aspects of running a practice. We understand that we are in the people business and changing behaviors is what we do! We have profoundly impacted the lives of over 1,200 dentists through our hands-on, peer-to-peer business coaching.
