How BOOST and Pinnacle Leadeship Saved the Day!

I came to BOOST for the first time in July, 2010.  BOOST & Pinnacle Leadership, with their systems and focus on leadership were exactly what I needed.  I left BOOST that July revitalized.  Pinnacle Leadership came to my office that fall, and with their help and my team’s dedication, we began to make the changes I had always wanted but was never able to achieve and sustain on my own.  By March of 2011, our production was up 25% and I worked a half day less. 

We were just finding our stride when my office was destroyed by a tornado in May 2011.  Because of the Pinnacle systems in place and the new found joy my team and I had for what we do, we picked ourselves up and were back to work within 4 weeks.  Our production never missed a beat and the only problem we had was that we weren’t able to fully return to Pinnacle fast enough.
