Practice Evaluation

Our PHD Program
Our PHD program involves in-office, hands-on, peer-to-peer dental consulting that is tailored to meet your individual needs and preferences. Our coaches will be in your office regularly to guide and support you and your staff through your business transformation. BOOST Workshop
BOOST was designed for dentists who want to get off the production roller coaster. Now is the time to turn off “auto pilot,” set goals, and create action plans to get there! The purpose of the BOOST dental consulting program is to work on your business, not in your business. Determine what you want for your life, and then design a plan for your business to get you there. Each business plan is completely customized to achieve your specific goals.
We start by teaching the 5th Year of Dental School: all of the things that you should have learned in dental school about running your own business, but didn’t. Next, we help you create your current practice model. Over the course of Friday and Saturday, you will hear ideas about what others are doing in their dental practice after taking advantage of our dental consulting services. At the end of the day on Saturday, you will work with a Pinnacle coach to put together a business plan for three years, and then create an Action Plan to get you there!
Because of the one-on-one dental consulting afforded at BOOST, we limit attendance to 30 people. Our workshop is designed to focus on you and your practice, with the opportunity to work privately with one of our top-notch coaches to discuss challenges, ideas, and opportunities specific to your dental business.
