Our President
Randa O’Connor is the Co-Owner and President of Pinnacle Leadership Academy, Inc., one of the most respected practice management firms in the United States. Pinnacle has grown to serve over 2,500 dentists under her vision and leadership. Randa’s passion for helping dental professionals achieve their personal and professional success is predicated on the principle of people first! Her ability to motivate and empower people to take ownership of their personal success is what makes Randa a great speaker and leader in the dental industry.
Randa intimately understands the challenges that dentists face as small business owners as she owned and operated a business for nine years before entering the dental industry. Randa managed a private dental practice in Dallas for five years, learning the intricacies of how to run a successful patient-focused practice. She then expanded her dental knowledge into the technology sector, working for Dentrix and other technology firms for three years. Randa helped hundreds of dentists implement new technologies before joining Pinnacle in 2000. She has continued her work, helping hundreds of dentists realize their business’ potential through the various Pinnacle programs, including the management workshop.
